With a year of dedicated focus on boat insurance, Alan is passionate about delivering specialist cover that reflects the needs of today’s marine community.

His career spans leadership roles at Hiscox and Simply Business, where he spearheaded product innovation, launched cyber insurance to the UK market, and helped build one of the fastest-growing small business insurers. Alan’s approach is rooted in customer-first thinking, having developed insurance solutions that reached over a million UK customers.
