Richard Pearson is a seasoned Product Underwriter with 25 years of insurance experience, including three years in marine insurance. He played a key role in launching GJW Direct, overseeing pricing and product testing to ensure the brand delivers dependable cover for boat owners.

Richard’s career includes 15 years at Direct Line and extensive work across home, motor, and travel insurance. His analytical approach and hands-on involvement in product development make him a trusted figure in the marine insurance space. Outside of work, Richard enjoys music, football, and kickboxing.
