- Our services to you include arranging your insurance policy with the insurer, helping you to make any changes to your policy and to submit a claim. We act as an agent of the insurer under a delegated authority agreement, which allows us to bind risks and issue documents.
- GJW Direct acts on a non-advised basis; this means we provide information about our products and services but do not make a personal recommendation as to the suitability of the insurance policy.

- We receive commission from the insurer, which is a percentage of the total annual premium. We apply administration charges for arranging, amending, renewing and cancelling of any insurance policy. Details of any fees/charges will be declared to you in advance of them being incurred.
