As Product Development Manager at Ripe, Charlotte is responsible for developing insurance products across the group, including GJW Direct. She has worked for the Ripe brands for more than 14 years and brings experience spanning market research, product launches and ongoing policy reviews.

Her work includes coordinating with underwriting and pricing teams, sourcing insurer capacity for new products and preparing customer documentation. For GJW Direct, this provides a product development approach informed by customer requirements, insurer considerations and the practical work involved in delivering specialist marine insurance.
